When you submit our contact form, we collect what you give us directly: your name, work email, company, company website, company size, number of active and upcoming roles, current recruiting support, and anything you tell us in the message field. We also use privacy-focused analytics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) to see aggregate traffic and performance — this does not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, understand your hiring needs ahead of a call, and follow up about our services. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the tools that help us run the business (our database and email providers).
How we protect it
Form submissions are stored in an encrypted, managed database and delivered to our team by email. Access is limited to authorized Fresno Summit team members who need it to follow up with you.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time — just reach out using the Contact link in the footer.
